Description:
Nice looking Mallet Mogul type locomotive with a head of steam and ready to roll from an unknown location. Built by Alco circa 1912, this loco had the power to move coal and freight through the mountains of Virginia & West Virginia. Specifics - original class Z157" drivers, 225 psi boiler pressure, 22x32" cylinders, 427,000 lb engine weight, 74,498 lb tractive effort. Date was not listed so an approximate one was used. Robert W.
